The perfect journey through the Promised Land

Do you know the secret of the perfect trip? Experienced travelers say that the trip will be perfect if you follow three simple rules:
1. Precisely travel, not lie in one place.
2. Combine passive, active and cultural recreation.
3. How can you “dive deeper” into the culture of the place where you are.

We have already talked about the trip from Prague — a one-day route to the Czech Republic, which can be considered ideal, if you start from the three above points. In this article we want to tell you about the perfect trip to Israel.

To travel the Promised Land was perfect, you must visit at least two Israeli cities: Jerusalem and Eilat.

Jerusalem is the capital of Israel, one of the oldest cities in the world. Jerusalem is the Holy city for the three major religions (Christianity, Islam and Judaism). Historic center-the Old city of Jerusalem is recognized as a UNESCO world heritage site. Despite an area of less than one square kilometer, the Old City is home to many sites of fundamental religious significance. Shrines for Jews are the Temple mount and its Western Wall (the Wailing Wall), for Muslims — the mosque on the Temple mount, and for Christians — the Church of the Resurrection (Church of the Holy Sepulchre) and many churches built where the foot of Jesus Christ. No city on Earth can boast so many legendary shrines, and only in Jerusalem can you feel the sanctity of the places where Jesus Christ once lived and preached.

Eilat is a city in southern Israel, located on the red sea. Many travelers who visited the Promised Land, agree that Eilat — the best Israeli resort. Eilat has a mild climate even in winter, the water temperature on the coast never drops below 20°C. the Resort will offer you a variety of hotels of different classes: from hotels of international chains to campsites and hostels. And most of the local population works in the tourism industry.
This is a great place if you decide to soak up the sea and sunbathe on the beach. Here you can enjoy outdoor activities: there are ideal conditions for sailing, Windsurfing and kitesurfing. You can go diving, because the Red sea is famous for its rich underwater world and coral reefs. And you can just swim with a snorkel and mask (snorkeling) — impressions will also be a lot, it’s no wonder Eilat coast declared a nature reserve.
For those who want to get acquainted with the underwater world of the red sea and at the same time stay dry, in Eilat there is a Maritime Museum with an underwater Observatory that goes into the depths of the sea for about ten meters. For thrill-seekers opens its doors amusement Park “City of Kings”. Well, shoppers will be happy to know that Eilat is a duty-free zone.
