Holidays with children in Turkey: to fly or not?
Spring is the time to think about a summer trip. Planning a vacation with two young children, I decided that we will go to Turkey, as this Sunny country has always seemed to me an ideal option for a foreign family holiday with children. Why? I’ll tell you about it later. I’ve been to Turkey a few times, but it’s been a long time. And now the high prices for tours I was not just surprised, but stunned. And this is an early booking, what’s next?! I always thought that a holiday in Turkey is a budget holiday with a great combination of price and quality. A sinful thing, even thought that the prices are so high due to the fact that I book a tour in the “rich Moscow”, and in other provincial cities with international airports prices will be lower. I immediately remembered a story told to me by a friend. Returning to Moscow from the US, he saved money by buying a cheap air ticket not for a direct flight home, but for a connecting somewhere in Europe with a stopover in Moscow. Just sat on a second plane, and came in the gold-domed capital, save a decent amount. I immediately wondered if there are cheap connecting flights to Turkey, although connecting flights with two young children – this is extreme! Will such savings be justified?
Convenient online service to find cheap flights provides the company “AVIAPOISK”.

Of course, most likely, all this is far-fetched, and the prices seem to me cosmic, because I did not follow them for three years, sitting at home with children. It remains either better to look for suitable cheaper tours, or plan an independent trip, but there are also disadvantages.
Holidays with children in Turkey
Why Turkey? It’s very simple: beautiful beaches and warm gentle sea — this is what our kids need. Mild climate without sweltering heat will minimize acclimatization of children.

In good large hotels excellent children’s animation. With All Inclusive, you do not have to leave the hotel at all. The food is not exotic, but close to our usual.
Turkish All Inclusive
Service of the European level, or aspires to it. There should be no problems with the language barrier: in large hotels, the staff not only speaks English well, but often can speak Russian fluently.
So, the advantages of holidays with children in Turkey:
– warm sea and comfortable beaches,
– European service in hotels,
– great children’s animation,
– All Inclusive and familiar food.
And this is only a small part of the positive aspects, but there is a fly in the ointment. What scares me very much (in addition to high prices for tours) when choosing Turkey for families with children is the outbreak of the Coxsackie virus, which is increasingly written by our tourists.
And now, weighing all the “pros” and “cons”, I can not decide whether to fly with the children to Turkey or not. Can someone advise another good tourist destination for a budget holiday with children at sea?
